LET REJECTION AND FAILURE BECOME YOUR MOTIVATION TO WORK HARDER!

We really want you not to give up!

These words are aimed at those young footballers who have a dream big, work hard but have been rejected all the time!

What if the people who judged you so far were just wrong?

What if you just train too little or your training does not allow you to develop properly?

What if your development simply takes more time and the peak of your capabilities comes a little later?

Remember that sometimes a small change can produce great results!

Before you think that you have no chance and give up, learn the story of one of the best sloppy footballers in the world, Joshua Kimmich.

Joshua only joined the VFB Stuttgart academy at the age of 14 and no one spoke of him as an outstanding talent and future player for the German national team.

Kimmich was just one of the many players at the time.

There was only one thing about him.
He was incredibly hardworking and wanted to train all the time.

At the age of 18, when he thought that soon he would be able to play in the reserves of the VFB Stuttgart team, it turned out that they do not want him anymore because they think that he is too weak physically and does not show a sufficient level of football skills.

Kimmich was extremely determined to develop and Ralf Rangnick noticed this and convinced him to join RB Leipzig, who were playing in the 3rd league at the time.

It turned out then that hard work and a steadfast character are key. When RB Leipzig was promoted to the 2nd division and Kimmich was playing very good Bayern noticed it and decided to make him an offer.

Think what a great loss it would be for soccer if Kimmich quit his career after being dropped from VFB Stuttgart?
