REALITY: AGENTS DON’T SEARCH EVERYWHERE
Agents don’t have time to watch every player.
They focus on:

STEP 1: FIND THE RIGHT AGENTS (NOT RANDOM ONES)
Stop messaging everyone.
Start being specific.
Look for agents who:

If an agent works only with top players…
He will not respond.
Be realistic.
STEP 2: PREPARE BEFORE YOU MESSAGE
This is where most players fail.
They send messages with nothing behind them.
Before you contact any agent, you need:

highlight video (2–4 minutes max)

basic football CV
-
simple profile (position, age, height, club)
No preparation = no response.
STEP 3: WRITE LIKE A PROFESSIONAL — NOT LIKE A FAN
Your message must be simple and clear.
Not emotional.
Not long.
Not desperate.
Example:
Hello, my name is [Name].
I am [Age] years old, playing as a [Position].
I am currently playing at [Club/Level].
Here is my highlight video: [link]
I am looking for an opportunity to move to a higher level and would appreciate your feedback.
Thank you for your time.
That’s it.
No story.
No excuses.
No begging.
STEP 4: AVOID THESE COMMON MISTAKES
Most players destroy their chances here.
❌ “Please help me, it’s my dream”
❌ Sending no video
❌ Sending 10-minute highlights
❌ Messaging without introducing yourself
❌ Writing like a fan, not a player
Agents look for value.
Not emotions.
STEP 5: FOLLOW UP — BUT DON’T SPAM
If you get no reply:
Wait a few days.
Send one follow-up.
Short.
Professional.
If there is still no response…
Move on.
Send to the next agent.
This is a numbers game.
STEP 6: UNDERSTAND WHAT AGENTS REALLY LOOK FOR
Agents don’t care about what you say.
They care about what you show.
They look for:

level (can you play higher?)

potential (can you improve?)

mentality (are you serious?)
Your video and actions answer these questions.
Not your words.
FINAL MESSAGE
No one is coming to find you.
And that’s not a problem.
That’s your opportunity.

Move forward.
While others wait.
Stay invisible.
So stop waiting.
Start moving.
Start contacting.
