WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR CAREER HAS STOPPED?

An important part of any football career is that the player can see the development and enjoy the game and training!

It gives the player incredible psychological comfort and drives him to further work and development.

Unfortunately, not everyone is in this situation.

There is a crisis and your skill level is not rising and you feel that it is actually falling?

You are no longer a key part of the team because you are no longer giving it the same value as before.

There is no more interest from clubs from other more renowned leagues and the agents, despite their best efforts, cannot get you a good contract.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IN THIS SITUATION?

1) ACCEPT THE SITUATION AND TAKE ACTION!

Many players make a mistake because they cannot accept the situation they are in and take action to get out of it!

Usually these players blame everyone and everything but themselves!

Then the coach, the rest of the team, the agent, etc. are to blame.
There are other reasons as well, such as not having enough money, not being able to promote yourself, and many other excuses.

You have to stop this and take responsibility!

Then, when you accept the situation and take responsibility for yourself, you must act!

2) PERFORM ANALYSIS OF YOUR WEAKNESSES AND STRENGTHS!

The basis for the improvement of each situation is the analysis together with the people you work with on a daily basis, i.e. a coach, agent, club president!

- Make an analysis with the coach of what he expects from you on the pitch and compare it with what you give the team.

If the coach expects from you more goals, assists, key passes, good defensive play, won duels, etc.

Let the trainer describe exactly what he is missing in your game.
Regardless of whether the deficiencies relate to football skills or the mental sphere!

Talk to the agent and the club president and let them explain to you what player profiles stronger clubs are looking for and think why you do not fit in this profile, find out what you are missing!

3) START ELIMINATING YOUR WEAKNESSES!

Now that you have analyzed what you need to improve, it's time to start training!
Choose the right training and start working step by step every day, both individually and in club training!

Remember to take care of every aspect of development - mental, physical preparation, football preparation and diet!

4) SEARCH FOR NEW CONTACTS AND PLACES TO SHOW YOUR SKILLS!

The matter is simple if you work only with one agent or trainer all the time - sometimes you need changes and new stimuli!

Get in touch with a few other agents, coaches and ask for advice

Place your video on our portal and try this form of promotion on the Internet because this form of searching for a club gives you enormous opportunities!

5) BE PERSISTENT AND DON'T GIVE UP!

Each attempt to change is usually difficult and painful, so if you try to do it, be prepared for hard work and difficult moments, and be aware of your goals and that it takes time to achieve them!

Remember that if you do not currently have a club, I will not disqualify you!
Start looking for it absolutely everywhere and don't hesitate to start on a low level at first!
Join the amateur club, but you train and develop as if you were already a professional!

A good example of not giving up when nothing is going well is Edouard Mendy, a Senegalese goalkeeper who was close to end caareer after being cheated by an agent but did not give up, training individually for a year. every day and then played for free to show the world his skills, he overcame these difficulties and won the Champions League a year ago!

Remember that if MENDY coped with it, you can too!
Use the advice above and act!
